Privacy Policy

CLX is a private training app for members of the Champion Legacy team. It is not available to the public, and it is not used to advertise to you. This page explains what we store and why.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, from the Google or Apple account you sign in with. We do not receive or store your password.
• Your progress: which trainings you have opened, how far through each one you are, and when you last opened it.
• Basic device information needed to deliver push notifications, if you turn them on.

What we do with it

Your progress is what makes the Recent list work and what lets you pick up on a second device where you left off on the first. Your team leader and Champion Legacy administrators can see your progress through the training library. They cannot see anything else about you, and nothing outside the app is tracked.

What we never do

• We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not use your data to train machine-learning models.

Who processes data for us

We use Supabase to store accounts and progress, and Bunny.net to deliver audio, video and documents. Both act as processors on our behalf. Media is served over links that expire, so training content is not publicly downloadable.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account for as long as you are on the team. When your access is removed, your account is deactivated and you can no longer sign in. You may request deletion of your account and progress at any time by contacting your team leader or emailing us at the address below, and we will action it.

Children

CLX is for licensed and prospective Champion Legacy team members and is not intended for anyone under 18.
